Recycled Claimed Standard
• RCS certification, Recycling Claimed Standard, known as RecycledClaimed Standard, is another recycling (reclaimed) standard introduced by TE Preventive Trading Organization in 2013, which is used to provide a basis for certification of products that use recycled materials.
• The RecycledClaimed Standard RCS certification ensures that products contain recycled materials, helping to increase the use of recycled materials and reduce the amount of waste.
BCI cotton
• The Good Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a social responsibility program dedicated to managing global standards and transforming the cotton industry for the betterment of farmers and the environment.
• The program addresses the complex supply chain within the cotton industry, from farmers to retailers, to support and guide the development of the cotton industry.
RWS
• The Responsible Wool Standard is an independent, voluntary, global standard that defines the welfare of the five freedoms of sheep and the management practices of the land.
• Certification of production management ensures that the wool supply chain can be fully certified and traced.
OCS
• The Organic Content Standard (OCS) applies to any non-food product containing 5%-100% organic ingredients.
• The OCS provides transparency and consistency in the independent assessment of a product's organic content.
• The standard can be used as a business-to-business tool to help companies ensure that the products they buy or sell comply with regulatory requirements.
GRS
• The Global Recycling Standard (GRS) is dedicated to the certification of recyclable products or components for the textile and other industries.
• GRS also provides a tracking certification system to ensure that certified products are supported by international environmental organizations.
• To be certified by GRS, all companies involved in the manufacture and trade of products (including suppliers of semi-finished products) must comply with GRS standards.
