Job Description:
1)Maintaining good relationship with customers, providing timely and effective feedback on any customer needs, and providing quality service;
2)Organize customer and product information, contract offer and other order related ERP system entry, responsible for the progress of the big goods accessories, accessories confirmation, accessories into the warehouse and other related matters;
3) According to the sales contract requirements, timely tracking of large production progress, node control, abnormal feedback, and quality, color, distribution and other business aspects of the implementation, to ensure that the order is completed on time and in accordance with the quality and quantity, and at the same time, timely connection to the customer related product quality issues complaints processing;
4) According to the salesman to confirm the good delivery date, responsible for follow-up samples progress and data management and other related matters and make records;
5) Supervise and check the operation of order details;
6) Cooperate with the finance to do a good job of write-off and reconciliation work;
7) Complete other affairs as explained by the leadership.

Job requirements:
1)More than one year related working experience.
2)Secondary school education or above, fresh graduates majoring in apparel are welcome to submit.
3)Familiar with computer operation OFFICE, ERP software (Word,Excel skilled), and office equipment operation.
4)Clear thinking, good at learning, serious and responsible for the work, sense of responsibility, work proactively, with good communication and coordination skills, able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure.
5)The company has internal and external sales customers, know Japanese or English, engaged in the textile industry or college Japanese major is preferred for export sales positions.
