Job Description:
1)In 1 week to complete the company’s various training, ERP operation and other basic requirements ;
2) Completing the work assigned by the company and the salesperson within the specified time every day;
3) Quickly and accurately complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor and report the results in a timely manner;
4) Confirmation of the contents of the guest orders and arrange orders (order input system, delivery confirmation, shipping, shipping information to the guests in a timely manner) (and sales to take charge of the confirmation);
5) Reconciliation of guest orders, invoicing and remittance of timely recovery;
6) Guests need the color card, weaving piece, sample yarn dependent on the content of the confirmation and arrangement, in the specified delivery period to the guests in a timely manner after the delivery date to the guests to contact the guests waybill number (and sales to take charge of the confirmation);
7) Guest color card, weaving piece, sample yarn and the arrangement of large orders filed;

Tenure requirements:
1)College degree or above, Japanese/English is preferred;
2)Skilled in basic computer operation, with more than 2 years of experience as a sales assistant for apparel yarn;
3)Strong motivation, sense of responsibility, work seriously and carefully;
4)Skilled office operation and common function formula;
5) have independent ability to deal with problems, adaptability, communication skills.
