Job Description:
1)Visit customers regularly and provide customers with the latest information on goods (yarn and fabric).
2)Develop customer sales plan, different sales approach for different customers.
3)Follow up the changes of customer’s requirements on products and services and provide timely services.
4)Make shipment plan, provide delivery service, ensure delivery time and payment recovery.
5)Responsible for the customer price, product requirements, delivery date communication, and the emergence of problems, looking for **** solution.
6)Timely tracking of customer feedback, complaints about the resolution process and results, and reply to customers.
7)Weekly submit the next week’s work plan.
8)Responsible for the reception of visiting customers, and notify the corresponding departments in advance to do the preparatory work.
9)Obey the affairs temporarily assigned by the leadership, and do not resist, procrastination, excuses, laziness and other behaviors.

Tenure requirements:
1)College degree or above, Japanese level 2 or above;
2)Skilled in basic computer operation, have more than 5-7 years of related work sales work experience.
3)Strong motivation, sense of responsibility, work seriously and carefully.
4)Have independent ability to deal with problems, adaptability, communication skills.
